How does the TeleHealth visit work?

At your scheduled visit time you will get a text message from a 1-800 number with a link to the video session. You will click the link and follow the steps it tells you. An example of what your phone screen will look like during the steps is below. Your cell phone must have a front facing camera for this to be an option. Visit's may also be conducted through a computer or tablet as long as they have a camera. If you would rather use your computer or tablet, please let us know and your link will be sent to your email.
