What is a telehealth visit?
A telehealth visit is the use of digital information and communication technologies, such as computers and mobile devices, to access health care services remotely and manage your health care. In short- it's a video chat with a doctor through your phone, tablet, or computer from the comfort of your home!
How does it work?
GUIDELINES FOR TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENTS
*If you have an appointment with Dr. Saleem for potential medication management, please have your current medication bottles within reach prior to the visit starting.
*We ask that you find a quiet place away from distractions to have your visit.
*Absolutely NO DRIVING during your telehealth visit!
In Office Visits
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow sufficient time to complete any necessary paperwork. If you arrive for your appointment more than 15 minutes late, please be aware that your appointment may be rescheduled, as to not inconvenience the next scheduled patient.
If you cannot keep your appointment, please call 804-897-9355 to cancel or reschedule your appointment AT LEAST TWENTY FOUR (24) HOURS IN ADVANCE! Failure to do so will result in cancellation fees equal to that of a missed appointment.
